Okay, I would've preferred to take it from the Bose amp input, but I guess out of the HU would be okay too just means a longer non OEM cable

Okay, I would've preferred to take it from the Bose amp input, but I guess out of the HU would be okay too just means a longer non OEM cable run. Thanks for the help, I'll look at that more closely. One slight concern is that the Metra spec says it's compatible with models excluding Navigation... However, the pinouts appear identical to those in the service manual for the 2010 with Navigation, so it's probably worth a go!
