So far...

I've read that you can't play video files stored in Flash drives thru USB connections and/or SD cards. I believe you can only use the SD card for storing images

I've read that you can't play video files stored in Flash drives thru USB connections and/or SD cards. I believe you can only use the SD card for storing images (you can update the start-up screen image/wallpaper? and firmware) and music.

My suggestion would be to convert those files to mp4 and store them in your ipod/iphone if you have one (you may need an ipod adapter tho). I have my iphone connected to my HD and it works great for videos/movies.
