Matching color of kenwood hu to car

Hello,

Was wondering if anyone knows the custom color setting to match the kendwood hu to the interior light color of the 370z. I have a 64xx series hu
and the amber setting seems close, but not exact.....Unless that is the
closest setting. I noticed you can customize the color using RGB settings.
Anyone know a better match?

You should be able to mess with the RGB settings until you get it right, shouldn't take that long. It should just be a combination of red and green.

with my dnx6140, I take the amber pre-set and add a little red to it.. seems to match well..

+1 wth the DNX6960 - Looks dead on with above changes

it's that with mine it is maxed out on the red at 31 for setting. that is why i was wondering if it was the other colors that i need to adjust. the amber setting seems lighter than the rest of the car interior color.

oh wow that's weird.. maybe reduce some of the blue/green then? sorry not much help
