I have similar problems as you with mine, I can't actually see the artist or album but also in my phone book all of my contacts show up as serial number of some sort with out any relation to the persons number (I looked at all digits). Which makes it hard to pick who you are calling so I have to actually look at the phone to pick who I call then just use the blue tooth.......

But I think my dealership will do the update for me even if it says for roadsters only! they will do anything I have asked so far, I have been lucky!...so far

I think I will also try to plug in my iPhone to the comp I only use the wall charger 98% of the time! My phone only gets plugged into computer maybe once a month lol!
