Very nice! Everyone says they can hear me just fine and clear except when driving AND the windows are down (due to the wind noise). I don't have to yell for them to hear me but I do also naturally speak with a pronounced voice. You may have to raise your voice a bit though if you tend to sit further back if like you are a tall person.
