Default About to upgrade audio

I am getting ready to order the prebuilt box from CustomBoxman that I have seen on here a few times, before I do is there any warnings/ideas I should consider first. I am going with (1) kicker L7 12, Phoenix Gold monoblock amp for sub and Phoenix Gold 4 channel for my components. Woo those 3.5's are going to scream. LOL I am keeping the stock Bose headunit w/ nav becuase 1 its so damn cool and 2 I spent way too much on that thing to junk it. Seriously I havent had too many aftermarket navs that are a whole lot better.
Thanks for any input I will get some pics up as soon as it starts to shape up. I have only had the car 3 weeks so I am a little slow getting started
