It would make a huge difference! Get a 4 channel and run you fronts and bridge the rear channels and put in a inexpensive subwoofer. you could this for under 400 bucks. Somewhere on this site I posted a schematic to build a line level converter that will work with BOSE factory head unit. It would cost you 10 dollars in parts to build. Just search on this site and you will find it.
