I got my lifetime subscription back in 2004 and I've never paid anything for that account since. But the lifetime subscription is bound to that receiver. It costs a one-time fee of $70 to transfer the subscription if you change or upgrade your hardware.
The contract terms may have changed since 2004, but I would think that the terms would be similar and once you pay up front you don't have to pay fees or royalties. Last edited by Xander1281; 02-04-2010 at 08:46 AM. |
