Will these fit? Door speakers, Bose w/Nav 2019

How does Crutchfield determine fit? Do they base it on the size of the existing speaker, or do they measure the car to determine maximum dimensions?

These speakers:

Focal ISU 690

Show that it will fit my car, except for one item, the mounting depth. It shows these having a depth of 3.301 and the front door with a depth of 3.18

Could they really be 0.12 inches too deep? Is that just the depth of the stock speaker or will it hit the window if I install these? I want to keep the stock grills in place so if I need a spacer it has to fit under the grill.
