isn't there a contact on the manual for help and have you tried to restart as it suggested? That's one of the reason why I'm afraid to update. It's expensive

isn't there a contact on the manual for help and have you tried to restart as it suggested? That's one of the reason why I'm afraid to update. It's expensive and the map sucks so why update. Anyways try to restart the update is the first thing I'd suggest.
