I never heard of such a thing. I guess at this point, the easiest thing to do to to eliminate the HU by disconnecting it, reset the cel, drive around

I never heard of such a thing. I guess at this point, the easiest thing to do to to eliminate the HU by disconnecting it, reset the cel, drive around and see if it comes back on. If the cel stays off then the HU is the problem somehow. If the cel still comes on then I would rule out the HU theory. Worst case scenario is you upgrade HU.
