I could use a reccomendation for Tapping into 12V near console

Hey guys, Can anyone recommend a place I can tap into to get 12v in the console area? I want to connect a 12V to 5V converter with a USB

I want to connect a 12V to 5V converter with a USB plug to charge my phone. I am looking for a source which is always hot. Any suggestions?
