Never run into a stuck USB plug but it sounds like something has broken/bent and gotten wedged with the jack. If Masterbeatty's freeze-it idea doesn't work, make sure you can

Never run into a stuck USB plug but it sounds like something has broken/bent and gotten wedged with the jack. If Masterbeatty's freeze-it idea doesn't work, make sure you can get a replacement jack and then yank on the plug until it comes out or the jack breaks.
