Have the same problem with mine when I updated my JVC decks firmware, my first thought was the wiring but everything seems ok, I have another ASWC sitting in my bus I'm going to switch out to the 370z this weekend when I have time, it's already programmed for a JVC deck so I hope it'll just work.
I also updated the firmware on the ASWC, didn't help, try switching the pink to blue/gray and the blue to red/gray.
