SPL or SQ. But I get your point.
That's why I said "dare to say." When I think of the boomers riding around waking people up at morning or night or whatever hours, I think of the guy with some Alpine, Kicker, RF, or whatever in a ProBox that does not actually know a thing about car audio. I'm saying that you can make it loud while still sounding good. Just because you can hit 140+ dB doesn't automatically mean you can't have a flat freq response graph.

I agree man

I agree if I can hear your music in my car while driving or parked its just not right. And let me say I have heard some nice systems that sould clear all loud, but who are you to impose your music on me? I would not do that to you why should you do it to me. Its called respect and that is what I see missing from a lot of people these days. You can hate what I am saying but really what if I pulled up side you and pushed my lound music that you did not like to you? I am thinking you would not like it. Just my 2 cents.

Who is this comment aimed at? Or just "thumpers" in general?
Needless to say... I agree with you. Amen.

Agree. I vote for this fine!

Btw, most deaf or hearing impaired motorcyclist are not the casualty of loud pipes.....rather the "wind noise" from no helmet or or very loose helmet!

Good...I hope the legistation passes and then catches on everywhere. I for the life of me can't understand why someone blasting the crap out of their car stereo thinks everyone else must be thinking they are cool. THEY AREN'T. THEY ARE THINKING YOU ARE A TOTAL INFANTILE AZZHOLE....PERIOD!!!!

That is so true. Riding my bike I can't even hear the pipes, but that wind is vicious.

^ That is why I have a full face helmet, ride a Kawasaki with stock exhaust, and wear ear plugs. But none the less people lose there hearing mostly because they are wreck less and stupid. They think it's cool to have there ear drums vibrate and vision blurred.
