Braided oil line blew. Can you figure out how it happened?

So a braided oil line leading to my oil cooler blew in the middle of the line. I cannot figure out how it happened and was wondering if anyone else

So a braided oil line leading to my oil cooler blew in the middle of the line. I cannot figure out how it happened and was wondering if anyone else can figure out how this happened. Oil pressure gauge basically saved my motor because I would of never found out.
