I have 19 of them. One of them was lost unfortunately and I believe one of them in the pile has a lock on it.

They sure look like it. I asked specifically about the wheel lock in my PM, but it certainly wouldn't hurt to double check them all

And I think I have seen a similar set... OP, can you measure out the width of the washer?
