Water from A/C

so i know this is normal, but how much water is supposed to be dripping from the a/c after the car is off.

Quite a bit can...also depends on the humidity - ie, less evap, more condensation = more on the floor.

I always have a stream coming out from my car after I drive with the A/C.

Totally normal. Sometime there's a little stream of water that follows the slope of my garage and goes to the nearest drain (I use A/C all the time) . So what you have under the car is nothing.
