Can someone tell me about these wheels? Why are they so cheap priced? Guy at the gym has these he said and they look legit (all black). Im kinda bummed

Why are they so cheap priced? Guy at the gym has these he said and they look legit (all black). Im kinda bummed at how cheap they are priced (if that makes any sense) cuz good quality is usually up there for these I would assume. Can someone school me right quick plz __________________
