Trying to find settings for my Go pro 3 black edition.

Hey everyone, can anyone toss me a bone to tell me some settings to put it on, should I use any software etc for compression? Im new to this whole deal and I just wana go have fun with it without getting it rejected by youtube!

Shoot in 720p 60fps. Encode using handbrake and YouTube HQ profile. Enjoy
