What else do i need to do?

ok so my car hit 4000 miles already and i changed my oil.

my question is what else do i need to change?

is it the differential and transmission oil? i have a 6mt

how much does the dealer charge for it?

and the last question is would it be a hard DIY for me? the oil change went well for me because i did it before but ive never done a diff or trans oil change. or should i just have the dealer do it for me?
