Good deal?

2009 370z sport/touring 50,000 miles, 7AM they're asking 21,995. Think i can get them down to 20,000? It's a dealership. From what i can tell from all the pictures its in great condition.

Should I just offer the dealer like 18 or 19k and try to get him to meet me in the middle at 20?

Got mine for 22k after TTL from a dealership. Same mileage and same year etc.
