Nooby question - do i have tires?

Another nooby question sorry guys !

I got my car late 2012, its a used 2010 model, and the dealer i bought it from put these tires on it ( i suspect he maybe cheaped out on the tires): Sumitomo HTR A/S PO1 245/45R18 Rear tire, and something liek 225/50R18 on the front.

I was wondering if they were good/bad? in the wet i feel that my rear tires are slipping too much even when i'm not really pushing it, or steer just a tiny bit too hard, but yet not that hard. Mostly in the wet in the dry it is pretty fine. Just wondering if i should get them changed or maybe its just me?

edit* Should have put this in the tires subforum - whoops! and the title is supposed to say Bad* tires ... jeez i need some sleep tonight ><

Yeahhhh... They're some crappy tires, but it's ok, use them until they're bald, and if you really want to get new tires, just do a crapload of burnouts

Any suggestions on what i should get? would rather have my car and self in one piece than slipping a bit too far!
