Hey all, Finally found a used Z that looks nearly perfect - I would rather get a newer, 2011 or 2012, but I think that will require a bit more

2009 used... advice
Hey all,
Finally found a used Z that looks nearly perfect - I would rather get a newer, 2011 or 2012, but I think that will require a bit more patience and will not get nearly as great a deal. Found one here - it's 23k miles for 24000, which seems like an awesome deal. Besides the steering wheel lock shenanigans, is there anything else I should be wary of when checking the car out?
