2012 Nismo pricing

Now that there are plenty of 2013s out. How much should i pay for a new 2012 nismo?
I'm waiting to here their out the door price but i think it will be 40,000. Thoughts?

depending on the tax % of where you live. 40k may be good and may not be good. Just try to get it a few thousand under invoice.

That would be including tax. It was 2%
