you know sad to say, that's a style they do in japan. it's common. if you ever been to yokohama around daikoku area, you see it at the parking lot. but thats a bosozoku gang style. don't ask why they do it. i don't know either.

I saw a guy do that at a car meet. He parked beside all of us and when we weren't looking, he put confetti down the pipe. Then he started he engine and poof!
