My car only has 750 miles on it but leaving work tonight the tire replacement warning came on while driving home. There is no way that I need new tires

Tire Replacement warning light
My car only has 750 miles on it but leaving work tonight the tire replacement warning came on while driving home. There is no way that I need new tires already obv, NO CHANCE LOL. Has anyone else had this probem. Is this warning for something other than tire replacement. I checked the service manual and it just says when this light comes on that it means you need new tires. Im nervouse something might be wrong.
