Hey guys I was looking around I couldn't find too much on this. How much power can the stock engine internals handle with a SC or a Twin turbo kit?

Stock engine strength
Hey guys I was looking around I couldn't find too much on this. How much power can the stock engine internals handle with a SC or a Twin turbo kit? My old G35 stock vq engine I was told could handle about 420-440whp at the most running under 10 pounds of boost.
