Door mounted lock/unlock button doesn't chime

I just traded my 2010 370z base for a 2012 370z nismo. I noticed that when I push the door mounted lock/unlock button I don't hear an audible chime like

I noticed that when I push the door mounted lock/unlock button I don't hear an audible chime like I did on my 2010. The key fob still has the horn beep when I use it though.
