Gas Cap Oops

My cap gas tether came off today. I think I can get it reattached if I could just figure out where the heck it connects. Anyone have a picture of

Default Gas Cap Oops
My cap gas tether came off today. I think I can get it reattached if I could just figure out where the heck it connects. Anyone have a picture of the location where then plastic tether connects, or describe it to me really clearly?
