Just got offered a 2009 blue 6spd touring sport with black leather for $31636. Good deal or pass? It's is an '09.... And I wanted a black or red Z.

Just got offered a 2009 blue 6spd touring sport with black leather for $31636. Good deal or pass? It's is an '09.... And I wanted a black or red Z. Also they just got in a 40th but they're not eager to deal because they have 4 2009 tourings sitting on the lot. How should I proceed? __________________ 2010 40th Anniversary 370Z
