Last week I was bored so I decided to paint my engine cover. I really like the way the red contrasts with the blue.
Today I saw some pics of a 40th Z and I like the way that the red calipers look on that car. That got me thinking about painting mine. I am trying to keep my appearance mods subtle. The LAST thing I want is for the car to look "riced". Has anyone tried the brake caliper paint kits? If so, which ones are the best? I am also thinking about waiting until I put the car away for the winter and removing them to send out for powder coating. Will it look bad to do either of these options? PS. I wasn't sure if this thread should be in the brake, exterior or the DIY section. ![]()
