$28100 for a 2010 base

I came across a dealership that will honor this price. Its a 2010 base model though. Any reasons why I should not buy a base model. I can always upgrade

Any reasons why I should not buy a base model. I can always upgrade the suspension and wheels myself not a problem. Supposedly this is $700 BELOW invoice. Truecar has this as a great buy.
