Fog Light Stopped Working?

Hey Forum, Just realized my fog light stopped working. Anyone know if this can be a fuse or if I need replacement bulb - and if so where to get?

Anyone know if this can be a fuse or if I need replacement bulb - and if so where to get? (I am in Toronto Canada) Thanks for the help in advance!
