In the foam insert that holds the spare tire and jack there are two empty small cutouts on either side of the spare. What did I end up not getting

What am I missing?
In the foam insert that holds the spare tire and jack there are two empty small cutouts on either side of the spare. What did I end up not getting from the dealer? It's a 2017 base model

You're not missing anything. Some non-US models will have tools in those spots. IIRC, details are in the Owner's Manual.
