Just recently ive been noticing a high pitched continous ringing coming from the passenger side dashboard. At first i assumed it was a speaker but it comes on and stays

high pitched ringing
Just recently ive been noticing a high pitched continous ringing coming from the passenger side dashboard. At first i assumed it was a speaker but it comes on and stays on even if the stereo is off.. anyone might know what this might be?
