Tire protection plan...I think someone stabbed one of my tires

I work in Newark nj daily and my car is parked outside daily. Now there is also alot of wood debris,metal,nails, ect. On the roads where I do drive. I'm extra careful when I'm driving. Now I get back to shop at 7... I get in my car I drive for maybe 10 seconds and I saw my check pressure come on...I got home...I check all the tires with my gauge it was dark out, so I went to the rear tire and it had absolutely nothing in it. I tried filling it up, I heard a huge leak front side wall... now how will warranty take this... they don't cover for vandalism. I personally think it's possible that road hazards caused it...pot holes,metal scraps,wood debris that's what it says in the warranty. I also got the car for 23,000$ and its 2 months old...
