Worth of 04 Maxima SE 3.5, 195k miles, Leather

Guys I'm looking to sell my 2004 Maxima SE 3.5 with 195k miles, Leather interior. Just seeing how much it would be worth. I have a friend who offered me 1K for it. Seem like a good deal?

We test drove it, the motor and transmission are solid.

Here are a few problems:

1. 1 tire is worn out. Might be good to change all the tires.
2. Driver power seat doesn't work.
3. ABS doesn't work.

Things I've done:

1. Checked all fluids.
2. Changed motor oil.
3. Changed transmission fluid.
