SoCalVQ GMR Summer Cruise - Saturday July 11, 2015

Hey everyone. Great turnout last time. Thanks to all that came. Next gathering will be Saturday, July 11, 2015. Same spot for OC crew as last time (Diamond Jamboree parking structure top floor, cross-streets Alton and Jamboree in Irvine, CA). OC will meet up at 9:00 AM and take off at 9:30 AM.

OC Crew will hit the 5 N to the 57 N and exit Auto Center Dr. Make a left at the light, followed by a right on Lone Hill, and the shopping plaza will be on your left hand side after passing under the 210 freeway. Cross-streets are Lone Hill and Route 66. Here is an address of the Starbucks in the plaza in case anyone gets lost:

1832 E Route 66,
Glendora, CA, 91740.

OC Crew will arrive at 10:30 AM, meeting up with LA/Burbank crews. We'll take off at 11:30 AM and hit GMR. Can't wait to see you all.

I am free and should make it but just a thought, GMR will still be smoking hot in July, what about Highway 2 to Newcombs?

Eh I understand where you're coming from brotha but yah....can't change the venue just like that after it's already put up on multiple forums.

It won't be too bad. My G is stillen supercharged and I roll GMR on hot days. No problems.

Looking forward to the meet. I go up GMR almost every other weekend, one of the best canyon roads SoCal has to offer. The one lane road at the top of the mountain is really fun.
