Default Buying a new 370Z ... Deal below MSRP?

This is my first post on this board, so a big hello to everyone from the Philippines.

I will be moving back to the US later this year, and of course will be needing a car to drive.

Other than the Camry I own here in the Philippines, I have only owned 1 other Nissan. That was an 85 300ZX Turbo (with manual trans) I bought new. Not a real fast car by any means, but fun to drive and reliable. Nice looking car too.

Now I am looking at the posibility of buying a new 2011 silver color 370Z Coupe with the 7 speed auto trans. and the Sports Package.

Looking on the Nissan USA website, I see the base price for this car is $31,910 + $3,030 for the Sports Package + $760 Destination and Handling, which would give the car a total MSRP window sticker price of $35,700.

Again I won't have a trade-in, and will be paying cash.

Not considering, tax, title and plates ... Will the majority of the Nissan dealers in the US make deals below the factory MSRP window sticker price, or are they adding mark-ups like "Dealer Prep" or "Additional Dealer Markup" to the purchase price?

Or maybe the best I can do on a new 370Z is pay the factory applied window sticker price?

Thank's
Ron
