Some have fixed this using a washer/spacer to sligthly shift the support bar down.

Another thing you can try is to loosen all the bolts and retighten them working from the front to the back while pushing up on each pipe section. The clearance between each bolt and bolt holes may allow you to shift the exhaust up enough so that it'll have enough clearance without having to resort to spacers.
