Lol, yeah, It's a little over kill to really monitor this stuff with your setup. A tuning shop and a good tune is really your best option. They have the equipment to really dial in the fuel air ratio like Uprev. An OBD reader/scanner will tell you if it running to rich or lean, but I'm not sure, if any, gives you more than a code reading from the O2 sensor when the readings exceed the values. Sorry I couldn't be more help. I'm no expert on this stuff.
