you are correct...we did some test fitting on monday and +22 offset in the front wont clear the big sport brakes, the +12 will clear, but please be advised that this is very aggressive fitment...it pokes about a quarter inch outside the fender
this fitment will work with a 245 tire on the front and some induced camber for all you fitment crazy guys!
