If its just the moisture that you get on your windows when they roll down theres not a whole lot you can do. When the weather is warm parking in the sun for an hour does help immensely, but outside of that its moisture in an area you just can't really reach. This time of year parking out in "warm sun" really isn't an option all the time.
A friend of mine rolls his windows down, then up, dries, and repeats a few times and it seems to help him out, but its not 100%.
