You could drain the transmission oil cooler but I don't think you can drain the torque converter easily. They just fill with new fluid, run it through the gears so that it gets pumped through the system and the old fluid is diluted. They then drain it again and refill. They usually only call for a flush of the transmission cooler when they find wear material in the transmission fluid (clutch debris material etc).
