Bad shifts and stalls after maybe 50k miles yes but not if the car is still new unless your a new to manual trannys. I never owned an automatic car so I do have many years of experience with manual transmission cars. An update on the noise issue, theirs another weird noise i just noticed, cant really explain it but it sounds like rubbing when the clutch isnt engage and when I do engage the clutch it goes away but then the previous noise of knocking happens (sometimes) and I feel it on the clutch pedal. The noise does speeds up as the car does so their has to be something wrong, I never ever experienced this with any manual tranny cars. Im taking it on Monday and ill give an update.
