+30 gives you a little more room for tires. Say for instance you went +20 it would be aggressive and on a stock cambered car you could only fit a 255 or smaller up front with out rubbing*. (*depending on your ride height) with a +30 you could easily fit a 265 tire

it really comes down to what you want and if you plan on running coilovers/springs or even plan on getting camber arms... Most people would say not to worry about those things and just get the safe fitment of +30. I look at it this way: If you are going to get coilovers and lower your car why not get the set that looks best. that way you dont have any regrets of not getting the most concave out of your volks...

The choice is yours if your staying close to stock I would recommend +30 but if your starting your mods and plan on working on the suspension then go +20
