Okay, if they are driving it themselves, then it's likely that they will title and register the car in order for it to be legal. In which case, it's essentially a used car. Accordingly, them charging you 33,000 or so is overpriced. I'm assuming this is just a Base model with Sport package.
In any case I would recommend you get to the other dealer and make the deal there, or if it's particularly far, request them to deliver on truck. You don't know what might happen when a sales associate of a dealer decides to drive a car like that 100 or so miles. Delivering by truck does cost money and take significant amounts of time (about a week), so I don't know, but it's your choice.
