Are these things street legal for blizzards on local roads? This may solve my snow problem...

I'd get all-seasons which are good enough for me throughout the year and then put these bad boys on during the 5-10 days a year in Chicago with serious snowfall.

I'm tempted to get all-seasons for all-year use as I've found that the max performance summer tires rarely warm up enough during regular driving in Chicago to get all their potential grip.
