Default New help cleaning a new white car

I washed my two month old PW car today and going into the job, I knew I had a bunch of those stupid black marks that look like scratches all over the car from the shipping film adhesive. I went after as many as I could find with 70% isopropyl alcohol, then went over the car with detailing spray, then some Zaino Z5 I have. On a few marks I missed, I found that the Z5 actually dissolves the adhesive, much easier than the rubbing alcohol I might add.

But the bigger problem I found was that while removing the black adhesive marks, I noticed that the paint that was under the shipping film appears darker/dirtier than the paint right next to it. I'm sure a white car really amplifies this, but it was very clear in some spots where the film had been on the car. The Z5 seemed to reduce this issue, but it didn't eliminate it. My feeling is that I'm seeing dirt trapped in some leftover adhesive.

Any suggestions for this issue on my next wash?
